About this house rental
Lovely 3 bedroom town home set on the bluff overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean and offshore islands. Bandon By the Sea is one of the great gems on the scenic Oregon Coast. Located at the mouth of the Coquille River, it's charm and natural beauty make it a great place for a golf vacation or a place to relax and do some beachcombing.

* Full kitchen upstairs including granite counter tops, side-by-side refrigerator with ice in the door, Dishwasher, Gas stove. Fully equipped with cookware and tableware.

* Half bath upstairs for the great room.
* Master suite featuring whirlpool tub and shower upstairs.
* Two bedrooms with ocean views and full bath downstairs. One bedroom had a queen bed and the other has a full and a twin.

* High Speed Wi-Fi
* Additional parking behind garage will accommodate boat or other vehicles.
Minimum rental age is 25 years old.

We recommend an automobile, and have parking for 3 vehicles with 2 garage spaces and room behind for additional parking, including for a boat trailer.
Most of our contact will be through email and on the phone. We are frequently in Bandon and our housekeepers are in town and any of uswill be available in case of any problems.
We have one of the most beautiful and picturesque beaches in the world. Our home is on the bluff overlooking the ocean with good beach access at either end of the block. We are close to City Park with a kid's playground and friendly library.
It's a short drive to Old Town's shops and restaurants, and about 5 miles south to Bandon Crossings' great golf or 15 minutes north to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.
Bandon, Oregon is a wonderful coastal retreat, with quaint shops and restaurants, a crabbing and fishing dock, and charter fishing. It has miles of lovely beaches, tide pools, wildlife, and pounding surf. There's lots to do: horseback riding on the beach, flying kites, kayaking through the Bandon Marsh, fishing for salmon in Coquille River, exploring the Sand Dune National Recreation Area (about a half hour drive), or serving as a base for day trips, such as south to the Redwoods National Park in northern California.

We have stayed at a handful of VRBOs from the east coast to the west coast. This was by far the nicest and best bang for the buck. It is outstanding. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen is outstanding, including a complete spice rack, olive oil, and other seasonings and condiments. This made food prep a breeze. The location is the best feature. Literally across the street from the beach, with no obstructions to the view (it is a walking park in front). Fairly easy beach access, and fantastic sea life at low tide and spectacular sunsets. Close enough to downtown (Bandon is pretty small regardless) for quick meals or groceries. Historic Bandon is quaint and only moderately touristy.

Great stay at this property. Very clean, easy communication with manager, easy in and out, incredibly well equipped property with lots of kitchen equipment! Thank you for the coffee and filters :) The best part is the amazing location. Incredible view and directly across the street from ocean beach access and access to the ocean front walking path. Thank you so much for how well you manage and maintain this property. We will be back!! And we highly recommend this place.
