It was so clean and we heard nothing of the hosts
Diane even changed her shopping day so that she would not need her car the day that we had 2 cars visiting so that they could park on the drive too. Diane was able to tell us lots of things about the area. We came to regard her as a friend. I was able to produce a meal for 6 quite easily in the well equipped kitchen.
The size of the freezer was a bonus. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The area was very quiet quiet . The neighbours were friendly too.

The house was spacious with all the utilities that were needed, the kitchen was perfect for people wanting to cook lots. The outside patio was fine for some fresh air.
The hosts were fairly intrusive and spoke quite unprofessionally with us because of that we didn't feel like we had our own privacy. Wouldn't recommend it for couples wishing to be intimate as they knocked loudly on the wall and posted under the door a very passive aggressive letter despite us being quiet.
