This luxury vacation rental is uniquely designed for elegance and comfort that will make you feel right at home. The newly renovated craftsman home can be rented as a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, or split into two separate one bedroom units - making it perfect for couples, larger families and groups or singles. Relax at home and entertain or walk a block to the heart of Ashland's shopping and theatre district to dine in its finest restaurants, bars and cafes, enjoy the best of the arts or take a walk in beautiful Lithia Park.

This beautiful 1,400 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit offers a full state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, cork floors, an espresso machine, coffee maker juicer, full eating and cooking utensils, 6 burner stove top and oven, dishwasher and dining area with a table that folds out to seat 6.
The living room will make you feel right at home with books, games, 40 inch flat screen t.v, bose sound system, leather couches and views of the mountains and downtown Ashland.
The master bedroom suite has a full walk in closet, 42 inch flat screen T.V., a queen-size bed with organic sheets, goose down pillows and comforter and an ihome radio/music player. The bathroom has a rainwater shower/bathtub and granite countertops. The second bathroom has granite countertops and a rainwater shower. We offer shampoo, conditioner, body wash, local lavender oatmeal soap and local organic jojoba and Shea butter lotion.
The second bedroom looks out over the zen gardens and is filled with the sound of the crystal water fountain. The bedroom has organic cotton sheets, goose down pillows and blankets, a walk-in closet, alarm clock and 42 inch smart T.V.
The third bedroom is incredibly versatile as it can be a twin, queen, or a 2 twin bedroom. Smaller parties use it as a game/tv room. The room looks out over the zen gardens and offers books, games, a Bose radio, 32 inch flat screen tv and a table with chairs.
The also has a covered porch with a couch to watch the world go by, a deck with a seating area facing the mountains and a large gated yard with beautiful lush gardens and outdoor seating for 6.

Home is in an ideal location, close to the theaters, restaurants, shops, yet it is quiet and has a lovely backyard which was ideal for morning coffee or evening reading. Bed/bath rooms are spacious. Great showers, closets and linens. Kitchen very well equipped for cooking. Convenient off-road parking. We'd definitely go back and recommend to friends.

The PERFECT place for our visit. We enjoyed the space and all of the thoughtfulness that went into it…the air purifier, the filtered water throughout, the oh-so-soft towels, the Nespresso machines. (I could go on but these were our favs.) The backyard looked inviting but between the weather and our other outings, we didn’t have a chance to really take advantage of it. We contracted for both units and the 3 bedroom spaces and 2 bathrooms worked out well. The location was an easy walk to restaurants and the OSF venues. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights in mid-August. We were two couples traveling together so the set up of the front rental and back rental was perfect to give us a really nice common area and private bedroom/bathroom areas. The location of the house is perfect for exploring downtown and the OSF and a quick drive to wineries, restaurants outside the downtown area, etc. The location could not have been better. The house was really nicely decorated, very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Communication was sparse and sometime went unacknowledged, but we had absolutely no issues at all during our stay that needed to be addressed.It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely rent it again and highly recommend it to others!
