About this space This spacious five bedroom historic home has been fully renovated, has brand new furnishings, and is perfect for up to fourteen guests. Five private bedrooms include three king and two queen size beds, there are also sofa beds in the common areas. There are three full bathrooms. Two well-appointed kitchenettes. An induction cooktop for all of your stovetop cooking needs and a convection microwave. Includes a smart TV, washer/dryer, and doors that open onto a covered porch and fenced front yard.

The property itself was lovely. An older home, it has been updated throughout. We were surprised we actually booked 2 units (upstairs and down) so there was a lot of up and down the stairs. But, OMG, the location! We could walk to the theater, shops, and any number of good eateries.We walked to great coffee and pastries. And of course, Lithia Park!We did do a day trip to Jacksonville and a drive up Mt Ashland. We have been doing Oregon getaways for 5 years. This house had the best location of any of our stays!

Our family stayed in Ashland for our daughter’s wedding. We rented both units and it was perfect for our family! Very nice units, clean and
walking distance to so many things to do !

Wonderful location for our family to hang out and enjoy the city of Ashland during the holidays. Walking distance to all of our favorite spots! Highly recommend.
