About this villa rental
The superb, almost hypnotic, unhindered views of Souda - Chania Bay and the White Mountains are literally breathtaking.
Easy access by Chania (45 mm) or Heraklion international airports (2 hours)
The design of the villa, both exterior and interior was designed to be simple, uncluttered, linear, with the aim of creating a relaxed and comfortable holiday atmosphere.
The white and gray colors of the villa and its furniture are restful and contrast perfectly with the multiple variations of blue of the sky and the sea.
Perched on a hillside in Kokkino Chorio near the beaches of Almyrida and Kalives the villa has 4 bedrooms. 3 on the first floor, one on the ground floor. Each room has a terrace.
The villa has a bathroom and a shower room without forgetting, a complete bathroom outside and independent of the house embedded in the garden facing the sunset at the bottom of the bay.
Outside facing the panoramic view, there is an infinity pool with children's pool, sun loungers, as well as a large space under a pergola protected from the sun with dining table and garden furniture.
In the immediate vicinity is a charcoal barbecue with a sink.
Free HD Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and outside. In the living room a 42-inch flat-screen TV with satellite channels is at your disposal as well as a JBL Bluetooth speaker.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Fridge and freezer oven and microwave, plate, dishwasher, coffee maker, teapot and toaster, etc. Plates, dishes and cutlery are also available.
The household linen is obviously made available for each bed, sheets, duvet, pillows. A washing machine with its equipment is of course at your disposal.
Bathrobes and towels, including pool towels, are provided for all guests. Just bring beach towels.

Easily the most relaxing place we have ever visited - so clean and has everything you could possibly need.
You will definitely need a car and thanks to the detailed documentation it’s easy to find.
There’s isn’t really anywhere to walk to for drinks or food as such but it’s only a short drive to the local village. We made use of the bbq and had some lovely chilled evening watching the sunsets - magical! Perfect escape after our hectic wedding !

From the moment we booked the Villa the host was prompt and courteous. The Villa is better than the pictures shown. Its position is better, the view is better, the villa itself was perfectly maintained, the support from the local team was excellent.
It is well located for peace and quiet yet near to Plaka and Almyrida for evenings out and good dining.
I was truly able to relax, unwind and de-stress - my only compliant - I needed longer!
The Host; Alexandre, was excellent, great comms, excellent support details. It really was a pleasure - THANK YOU
