Very enjoyable stay. Room was great with a very comfy bed. TV, kettle, microwave, sml fridge, cutlery & cups all provided. The location is perfect for exploring Kew, Richmond, Kingston etc, with bus stops/train just minutes walk away. And if you enjoy Flightradar24, Kew Gardens is great for plane spottingš

Really nice local area.

It was an easy walk to Kew Gardens and many small tea rooms and pubs as well as the grocery store. A safe area of town.
It would have been nice to have had a complimentary bottle of water/snack waiting as many travelers are just finishing a long journey and are paying for the room.
