About this house rental
Historical windmill (1691) and now family house. 15 km from Amsterdam, with direct train connection (15 min.). The windmill is situated in the nice city of Weesp, along the river Vecht. Perfect place to enjoy your visit to Amsterdam and region. Enjoying an afternoon swim in the river or playing sports in the garden. You can also use the guest house, its own bathroom and small living room. When we are on holiday we like it if other families enjoy our great home. There are 3 bedrooms in the windmill and 1 bedroom with 2 double beds in the guesthouse.

We loved the windmill. Very special building and awesome location. We didn’t use the guesthouse, so I can’t judge that, but the garden is big and the boys had plenty of things to do. The diving board I to the river was also great fun.
Like any house lived in it had its problems, but the caretaker and the house owners dealt with them quickly. Great place, we miss it already.
