About this house rental
Very beautiful architect-designed house completely renovated, located in the Mont des Oiseaux residential park in Hyères on a 1200 m² enclosed terraced plot.
The villa, located in a quiet and privileged environment, offers a wide view of the sea, the Giens peninsula, the Almanarre bay and the Hyères islands. You will reside 2.5 km from the famous sandy beach of Almanarre (5 minutes by car).
It has a sunny, fully secure swimming pool and two terraces, one of which is under a pergola.
With a surface area of 150 m², the villa can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of a large living room with lounge, TV room, dining area, equipped kitchen (American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven, washing machine), 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (bedding new and double 1x160 and 3x140), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, one of which is separate.
The villa has high speed internet access, WiFi in all rooms, a 55 '' TV, ...
Available, outdoors: furniture (table, chairs, garden furniture), Weber gas barbecue, sunbathing.
The price includes end of stay cleaning and household linen.
A deposit check of 2000 € is required upon arrival at the premises. It is returned within 7 days after the departure of the tenants.

The Villa Nea is a fantastic place with cool architecture. Nice view to the sea, great equipment in & around the house, clean, comfortable, well maintained. The pool is also great. We would love to come again! Thank you also for good communication!!
