Spacious but cozy 625 square foot studio apartment over our two-car garage with private entrance, located on a secluded two-acre site in the beautiful North Carolina countryside just 7.5 miles from all downtown Asheville has to offer. Amazing mountain views. Close to great food, beer, music, art, tons of outdoor activities, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Time to explore and unwind with day trips to great shopping, historical attractions, river fun, or hikes and nights filled with great food, drinks, music or just chilling on the front porch watching gorgeous sunsets.
-Thirty minutes to the historic Biltmore Estate.
-Surrounded by some of the best motorcycle roads in the country. Private entrance. Garage parking for motorcycles. Secure private parking for cars.
-Dog-friendly with access to a large, 1/2 acre fenced area. Pet fee of $50 per pet. Two dog limit. Pets must be in a crate if left. Crate for 50-60lb. available upon request. Please let us know how many pets you're bringing.
-Full kitchen.
- Outdoor seating area with table, chairs, grill, and umbrella
-Wireless internet. Television available, BRING YOUR DONGLE OR CABLES FOR STREAMING. Google Mesh wi-fi system for the entire residence providing 400 Mbps that allows for Zoom and streaming services with no buffering.

I was there for work in Asheville. It was a short drive. And very peaceful for daytime sleeping. It was a great two month stay.
