Our peaceful Malibu home has waves crashing directly below on a year round sandy beach. Steps to Nobu, SoHo house, the Malibu pier and Surfrider beach, you will find yourself in the heart of Malibu. Heated pool, jacuzzi and a private sandy beach make it the ultimate resort-style living. The 2 bedroom comfortably sleeps 4-5. Amazing panoramic views will greet you in the morning as you watch the Dolphins swim from bed.

Had a recent stay here and place was great. Ivan is a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions and is a perfect host. Building is wonderful, safe and secure. Condo unit is very large and 2nd bedroom would be great to come back with friends. Ivan had everything we needed for our stay. Two huge TVs were a nice bonus to see as well. Sleeping beside the ocean was heaven. Pool and Jacuzzi were perfect as well. I would come back for sure. Thanks Ivan.

Would highly recommended this condo! Great location without walking distance of Nobu! We saw dolphins and sea lions on our balcony! Very clean and owner was so helpful!

We had a great time. The condo is beautiful and the area is great. The only downfall was the pool is being renovated so we didn’get to enjoy it. Once it is done it will be a perfect spot for a vacation! We saw dolphins as we sat on the patio and loved listening to the waves at night! If we are ever back in the Malibu area we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location and place was exactly what was advertised. It was unfortunate that of the heat wave and humidity was so unbearable and there was no air conditioning. We bought a box fan at the local store but it was still very uncomfortable most of the time spent in the condo.
