Self catering, lots of restaurants and cafe steps away, central location.
Apartment was stunning and even better than the pictures show.
The front room it’s a stopper, decorated beautifully and in keeping with the period. However, I felt the velvet black mirror didn’t complement it.

Sorry,it did kind of bug me.
The rest of the apartment was lovely and well thought out. One snagging issue is that the main bedroom door didn’t shut, but that didn’t spoil the experience. A blanket that you can wrap yourself up on the beautiful sofa on chiller nights would have prevented reaching for the thermostat and will probably save you a few pennies, but other than that the facilities were great.
Welcome milk and sugar and tea was appreciated.
Steps to entrance to apartment was a little steep, but after a couple of times you got used to it.
Very quiet area, the noisiest neighbours being the seagulls and the lovely sound of the church bells so very pleasant.
Thank you for the dog bed, however, a little moan, it was so comfortable the next day I had to go out and buy a similar one for my dog as he was looking disdainfully at his own when I got back home.
All in all, I would definitely stay in the same apartment if we ever came back to that area. I do highly recommend it. Thanks for the stay.
Outside corridor wall a bit damp and was flaking, had a slight smell, but it is a very small observation and didn’t detract from the period building which upkeep must be difficult to maintain pristinely.

Warm, convenient location, garage, free WiFi , all equipment in good working order
Dog hairs in bedding, lounge rug etc
Double bed was two singles pushed together

The location, and it was very comfortable and very well equipped.
The history of the building was interesting and it was very clean and tidy. We only wish we were there longer and we wouldn't hesitate to book again, and would also recommend to family and friends.
It felt very homely straight away.
Honestly.... there wasn't anything we didn't like.
