The location is very central in Dartmouth, yet the house has a sizeable secure garden and fantastic terrace and balcony with views over the dart estuary
I had to chase for information how to collect the keys when arriving after 6pm - the phone number provided for the office rang and I was on hold for over half an hour before giving up. I asked for a call back that didn’t happen, tried again 2 hours later - again on hold for nearly half an hour, then asked for call back. The call back did come an hour or 2 later in the end, and I was then sent the details to pick up keys from a lock box. I don’t know why this had to be made so stressful and time consuming?
It would be nice to have tea (not de-caf) and regular coffee available when you arrive.
