Wonderful apartment located in a small building in Viale Fratelli Rosselli, a stone's throw from the central station Santa Maria Novella, a short distance from the Duomo and Palazzo della Signoria. Extremely bright and spacious, it consists of three large bedrooms, one double bedroom, a two single beds bedroom and a single bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, one of which in the master bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The property is located on the second floor without elevator and it's equipped with all the comforts: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, wi-fi, kettle, oven. The unique location allows you to visit all the historical center of Florence by foot. The area is well served, full of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. In addition is located really close to the Arno river where it is possible to enjoy wonderful walks. Perfect apartment for families or groups of friends who want to visit one of the most beautiful cities in the world recognized as the "cradle of the Renaissance".

Great location near the train station and centrally located to many great venues. All rooms have AC, but the living room and kitchen areas do not so it can get a little warm. If you have difficulty with stairs this may not be a good location for you. There were several flights of stairs to navigate up to what is technically the 3rd floor. With several large pieces of luggage, it can be difficult. Fortunately, we are still very mobile and were able to get up the stairs with relative ease. We would definitely stay at this place again!

We are a family of 5 and the size of this property was very generous, giving everyone their space. We enjoyed the use of Netflix to watch movies in English during the downtime. The heat pump was very noisy and didn't always work through the night when we needed it. Getting to Florence city center was a 15min walk so there weren't many options for dining & grocery store in the immediate area. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Florence.
