This spacious and bright apartment is located on the first floor in an elegant building without elevator in Viale Fratelli Rosselli. The position is strategic, in fact it is located a short distance from the main attractions of the historic center, such as the Palazzo della Signoria, the beautiful Duomo and from the central station of Santa Maria Novella. The apartment consists of a comfortable living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining corner, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, a single bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and an additional bathroom with shower. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi and smart TV, oven and kettle. Thanks to the central location, it is possible to walk along the Arno river, taste traditional Tuscan dishes in the nearby restaurants and bars and buy local products in the nearby supermarkets. The property is the ideal solution for families or groups of friends who wish to stay in one of the most important historical cities of Italy.

This is a beautiful large apartment. We were five adults and all had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped including microwave, toaster, coffee pot etc. We were greeted by Guilherme who took plenty of time to walk us through and answer all of our questions. There were coffee pods, crackers, cookies and some candy on the counter and juice and water in the refrigerator when we arrived. Plenty of restaurants a short walk away. Very secure facility and very safe neighborhood. Unlike the previous review, we had plenty of hot water in both bathrooms and the kitchen. Only two small negatives. While there is free wifi provided, it doesn't extend well to the entire house. Mainly the common areas and kitchen, So no streaming in the bedrooms. And there a couple of rooms that do not have air conditioning. As we were there in October, this was not an issue. I would definitely recommend this rental!
