Great Villa even for bigger groups. The summer kitchen was ”the spot” for us through the date. The location is semi good 😊 to find shops beach etc you must walk steep hill, downwards when you go to the beach and upwards when come back to villa. For elder people the hill is a physical experience and taxi must be considered.
I recommend to rent a boat for a day (450 euros for us, 13 persons) and sail whereever you want at the bay. We also rent a speedboat and went to fish and got a couple of little tunas, amazing experience.
The poolside and villa were clean. The only issue was that no-one cleaned the pool even once during our stay. The villa also needs a handyman to fix several small things eg toilets, showers and lightning which were broken and would be easy to fix.
The host was available via whats up all the time and he was kind.

The Villa is very comfortable for a big group it’s divided in 3 big apartments.
The address is not correct, we couldn’t find the place. After help of people we find it. We were waiting for check-in for 2 hours. After 24 hours of traveling was really tiring. Deposit was 400 euro not 150.

Rented as a whole villa. We were a family who wanted to stay together in one house.
While this is technically one house, there is no internal access between floors. To go from the third floor to the second floor, you have to go down to the first floor, exit the house, and then climb the stairs to the second floor from outside.
We stayed for a week – arriving on Saturday evening and leaving the following Saturday morning.
There were many things that didn’t work properly during our stay:
The ventilation in the second-floor bedroom didn’t work. We notified the host on Saturday evening, but it wasn’t fixed until Thursday.
There were no lights in the downstairs bathrooms. We reported this on Saturday evening. One light was installed on Monday evening, but the other light kept flickering and was unusable after dark.
There was no light on the staircase between the second and third floors. The staircase is long and fairly narrow, and it got very dark in the evenings. We reported this on Saturday evening; the light wasn’t installed until Wednesday.
There was no hot water in one of the downstairs bathrooms. We reported it on Saturday evening; it was fixed on Tuesday.
The shower heads could not be fastened on the wall. This meant we had to hold the shower heads by hand, both on the third floor and downstairs. We reported this on Sunday, but it was never fixed.
The toilet in one of the downstairs bathrooms broke down twice. Once there was no water in the tank, so it couldn’t be flushed. The other time, the water wouldn’t stop running.
Although the host responded quickly to messages, getting things fixed was slow and frustrating.
