Perfect location! Everything was in walking distance. Loved that one of the bedroom was downstairs for privacy. Plenty of room for 3 couples and nice sitting area in the front to hang out and enjoy the nice warm nights. Quiet and roomy!

First, "three stars" on "communication with property owner" because we didn't. But also, we didn't need to.Some constructive criticism:(1) The garage is NOT deep enough for even a four-door sedan, consider moving/readjusting furniture at the back of it.(2) The TV remote was difficult, a voice control might help.(3) A perennial Vrbo complaint: put three-ply toilet paper in there, the translucent stuff I find at ALL Vrbo's just doesn't cut it! Buy the Good Stuff, charge us a few more dollars for it if you have to. Fortunately, some previous visitors did supply some Good Stuff, which I found and used for our stay.(4) Coffee pot, ground coffee, and a coffee grinder on the top shelf, no coffee maker. You should fix that.(5) No one could figure out how to adjust the room temperature, suspect there's a password control. Please spell that out in future. If you need to, tell us to reset it when we leave.Other than that, the place was great!

We stayed 9 days and would stay here again. We often stay at VRBO’s when on a family vacation. What made this property exception were the small amenities which were included. Such as laundry pods, fabric softener, trash bags, toilette paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, basic spices, bathroom soap, dish soap, etc. These would normally cost us money and inconvenience. There is also private garage parking. High speed internet pulled 75-100Mbps. For CV-19 there was hand sanitizer provided. The owner allowed us to pull down the outdoor furniture from the garage and use it, which we gratefully did - and we respectfully put it back. The owner was very responsive and provided easy checkin / checkout procedures. Great location. The property is across the street from the Davis Camous and Pavillion walking trail. Downtown Davis is minutes away - Don’t drive, walk or bike. Black Bear Diner for breakfast? No problem - 1/2 block - don’t bother putting on a coat in my opinion. What would make this place better? A couple bikes in the garage for guest use. There are enough abandoned bikes on campus, give me a week and my tools and I would have done this for her. ;-)
