Das Haus bietet unzählige Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten, es ist alles so wie auf den Bildern.
Dazu ist es noch super gelegen. Es ist ruhig, man muss selbst nicht besonders leise sein und man ist mit dem Auto sehr schnell in Pula und am Meer.

Sehr schöne Villa. Netter Besitzer. Für die Lage neben dem Steinmetzbetrieb und nah Flughafen ist der etwas zu hoch, aber noch im Rahmen.
