Wonderful place to stay - it’s a home away from home! The studio has everything you need to have a great time at the sea! And it’s situated on first line, right behind the sand and you have a marvelous view to the beach! Not to mention the picturesque sunsets every evening - stunning! The owner is a really great person who thinks about everything and keeps the house clean and beautiful! He is also very friendly and helpful. Every room has an umbrella and sun beds to use on the beach. There are also parking spaces for the guests.

The Acapus Studios are marvelous! The location is perfect - the beach is right in front of the house. There is free parking spot for every room and free sunbeds and umbrellas for every guest. Everything was sparkling clean and the owner was very welcoming. Would absolutely recommend it and would definitely come back!

Our family really enjoyed the stay! First of all, the hosts are amazing people. Averkios truly care about his guests and about the property and the comfort.
Property is 20 seconds walk from the beach. Property has beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach, high quality. Beach is not crowded thus quite (no bars) in that area. Super clean beach. Perfect for families!
Property is extremely close to restaurant Leon and super market and bakery. (Convenient for dinner and breakfast)
Property is well equipped, we had kitchen (apartment 4), everything was clean (also regularly cleaned) and host is always there to support if needed.
Our kids were super relaxed and they enjoyed a lot.
We will be coming back for sure!
