The house is located in a green area with amazing beach although you need to walk down a steep road. The house has all the amenities- very clean- the operating company are very welcoming amd friendly. Green garden ideal for young kids to enjoy

We booked this property on a relatively short notice during the peak summer holiday season. We were pleasantly surprised by the condition and location of the house. It had everything we needed. Property is located on the ground floor of one of three houses built on a well maintained plot of land. It is a very quiet area. Most of the time there were no other occupants in the rest of the properties. Beach is about 10-15 minutes away. It was quiet with natural shade coming from the trees in the afternoon. There is a bar and a restaurant not too far away. Communication with the host was very good and efficient. All in all we had very enjoyable time and will definitely consider going back again in the future.

I recommend this accommodation for several reasons:
Pros (+)
Immaculate Cleanliness: The place is extremely clean, with regular cleaning services.
Great Location: It’s conveniently located, with Agora Beach just a 10-minute drive away. However, the beach nearby isn’t very nice.
Cons: (-)
No Dishwasher: The house does not have a dishwasher.
Limited Air Conditioning: The air conditioner is only in the living room, so you need to keep all doors open at night for cooling.
Other Remarks:
Shared Property: The other floor may have visitors. We initially thought the house was exclusively ours, but while we occasionally heard noise from a dog, it wasn’t too bothersome.
