About this apartment rental

"Duplex apartment 4P of 90 m², located on the 3rd floor, capable of accommodating up to 11 people.

It has a private covered parking space (with electric charging) and a ski locker.

The sleeping arrangements are organised as follows, bedroom 1: Nested sofa beds 2x80, bedroom 2: 1x140, bedroom 3: 2x80 (bunk beds) + 1x90, sleeping area 1: 2x80 (bunk beds), sleeping area 2: 2x80 (bunk beds)

The apartment has three bathrooms, one with a bathtub, two with showers.

The kitchen is equipped with the following items: Senseo pod coffee maker, Kettle, Teapot, Toaster, Microwave, Oven, Raclette maker, Plancha, Minute cocotte pressure cooker, 3 induction hob rings, Dishwasher, Washing machine.

The apartment also includes 1 TV, a wifi connection and benefits from a balcony with SOUTH/EAST SLOPES exposure.

Pets are not accepted and the apartment is non-smoking. Sheets and towels are not provided by default. This is an additional service offered by the agency.

The residence is located at the foot of the slopes next to the Chamois ski lift, 5 minutes walk from the resort centre.

In winter, ski return at the doorstep, the ESF is 10 minutes walk away.

In summer, mountain bike activity is accessible with the same ski lift, many hiking trails and an aquatic centre open during school holiday periods.

The spa is nearby and accessible during the winter season.

The Granges bar brasserie restaurant ""Le Kaktuss"" welcomes you all day during the seasons.

The residence shop ""La Grange Prapoutel"" offers for rent: skis, snowboard, snowscoot, sledges, scooters, snowshoes.

The property is very well presented and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of space for our group (4 individual adults). The property is right beside one of the slope so is perfect for skiing or biking. Prapoutel is small but very charming. Everything we needed during our stay was available within the resort. We'll definitely be back soon 🙂

Très beau logement. Un peu loin pour l'école de skis des enfants(mais vous ne pouvez pas changer l'emplacement) un local de skis supplémentaire aurait été un plus, ainsi que des portes chaussures à l'intérieur.

Très lumineux, spacieux et bien équipé doté d’une terrasse bien exposée permettant de profiter pleinement du soleil jusqu’à son coucher. Pas d’isolation phonique entre espace jour et espace nuit. La pose d’une porte coulissante serait idéale pour préserver les espaces lits superposés des nuisances sonores.
