The apartment is freshly renovated, fully furnished and fully equipped. There is fast internet, and a 60 inch LCD TV with TV SKY + 50 countries.
Bed linen, bath towels and dishes, iron, ironing board etc. are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge.
The apartment has a parking space and a balcony for sole use.
The living room / kitchen has a large dining table and a sofa bed (160x200).
There are sleeping possibilities in the bedroom (box spring bed 180x200 / box spring bed 90x200) and in the living room (sofa bed). If necessary, an additional bed or cot can be set up.
There is also a large wardrobe in the bedroom.

The landmark and most important architectural monument in the city is the Sprudelhof. The huge building complex is grouped around three hot medicinal springs and partially houses ornate bathrooms, including luxurious princely baths. The apartment was as advertised, quiet neighborhood, clean and for a small apartment it was furnished to be very comfortable and spacious. We never felt crowded.
Owner was very responsive and accommodating. We‘ll be going back again soon.

A very nicely appointed and close location to downtown Bad Nauheim, with a very responsive and helpful host! Easy to walk to wonderful Kurpark and downtown shopping, close to grocery, and simple to ride city buses. Would definitely stay again, and heartily recommend!

Die Wohnung ist ganz neu renoviert und in einem TOP Zustand. Gino war ein klasse Gastgeber, Kommunikation war sehr gut. Wir können die Wohnung ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen.
