Very quiet in the Aix countryside
Small independent house with 80 m² garden without vis-à-vis, fenced, 50 m from shops.

From 01/6 to 16/9. Access to the swimming pool from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on a 1200 m2 plot planted with century-old olive trees.

Well-equipped kitchen for cooking, with new appliances: 4 gas burners, fridge / freezer combination, oven / microwave combination, coffee maker, toaster ...

The little house was very nice. Situated right outside of a suburb village of Aix-en-Provence, with just the right amount of privacy, calmness and proximity to the city itself. A little supermarket (U Utille) is located right across the street of the entrance to the enclosure in which the house is located. Very convenient. Also, the bus direction city center (about 20 minutes trip) is leaving right in front of the little supermarket. All other neccessary shops are in approx. 10 minutes walking distance.The little villa itself is as mentioned before very nice. All neccessary equipment is available and functional. The house was in an "okay" clean state but the facilities needed some extra cleaning by ourselves.Pool was excelent but only available to use for us between 10:00am and 5:00pm. The communication with the owner was always very quick, friendly and easy.Stayed for one week, single couple, no pets.

A wonderful apartment with a beautiful garden and pool just outside Aix en Provence. The property easily accommodated four people comfortably and is well equipped. It’s very quiet and private but easily accessible for local amenities. The check in process and instructions were seamless and the owner was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely book this again in the future.

Quiet and private location with your own parking about 14 km from the center of Aix en Provence.Ideal domain to stay with a dog that can fully enjoy itself on the domain.The house is small but you are there to live outside and enjoy the beautiful garden with pool. Supermarket very close to the location.
