This Provencal stone house with private parking is ideal for families wishing to discover the region and enjoy nature.
On 70 m2, the house is composed of :
- 1 bedroom with a large double bed and a mezzanine above the main room with 2 single beds
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, ceramic tiles from Salernes, sink on Carrara marble and toilet
- an equipped kitchen, ceramic tiles from Salernes
- a living room with sofa bed.
The house has a TV with cable channels and a DVD player, a stereo and high-speed Internet access. It has reversible air conditioning. In the large garden, the private exclusive swimming pool and all the furniture necessary to relax (chairs and garden table, barbecue, deckchairs).
Ideal for nature lovers as it is located in a green setting, this Provencal location allows you to practice outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis ...

We stayed a week in Annie her beautiful little cottage. It is situated on a large piece of land, together with the main house where Annie stayed. It has a big pool,which is privat, just for the guests. Annie was very helpfull in all things, concerning the accommodation or things to do/visit. She speaks perfect english, which makes comms easy. The guesthouse has all you need for a pleasant stay and for the real warm weather it has airco. It is situated in the middle of the Provence so if you want to see the area, you will need a car. Marseille is close by and Avignon, Arlès, Salon the provence and Aix-en-provence are all within 1 hours drive and give you the real feeling of what you expect going to southern France. Supermarkets are within 10 min drive. Also private parking behind a fence is nice.
All in all we had a great stay at Annie’s and we can recommend it to everybody looking to explore the provence or just to relax at the lovely pool(area). Annie is a lovely host and wants you to feel at home in a cosy environment. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely place with a fantastic garden and a big pool. First thing in the morning was swimming than having brakfast on the cosy terrace.

Nous sommes un coupe avec 1 enfant de 3 ans et 1 bébé de moins d'un an. Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cette maison. Elle est telle que sur les photos, simple mais néanmoins relativement bien décoré et agréable. Cependant, quelques points sont à avoir à l'esprit avant de la choisir : - Calas, le village à proximité n'a pas beaucoup d'attrait, - il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle, - le réfrigérateur de la maison est très petit, il faut utiliser celui du Pool house et le congélateur de la buanderie (pas au même endroit) ce qui n'est pas très pratique, - la mezzanine (où il y a 2 lits d'une personne) n'est pas pas sécurisante pour les petits enfants, - la climatisation : il s'agit d'un climateur portatif qui ne refroidit pas beaucoup et non d'une maison climatisée, - et surtout la maison des propriétaire est à 5 mètres de la location (il faut apprécier la proximité du logeur avec l'éventuelle possibilité qu'il surveille l'utilisation des équipements ...), Les bons points : - la maison est propre et entretenue - la piscine et son pool house sont très agréables - le jardin bien entretenu, - l'endroit est très calme.
