About this apartment rental

Beautiful LOFT 2 stars classified, renovated in the hypercentre (pedestrian area), near the Cathedral.
- 3rd floor without lift in the attic, with exposed beams (typical Alsatian style).
- very bright and quiet
- Air-conditioned
- Ideal couple with children, or with friends.
The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor of a small building with access by a pedestrian street.
All shops and the Tram are nearby (stop Male Iron, lines A, B, C, D, F)
The cathedral is 3 minutes walk and the little France 5 minutes.
Facilities:
1 bed 140 * 190 with firm bultex mattress
Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of € 60 for cleaning costs will be billed to you.
The animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal.

Stayed two weeks in this very clean, well appointed apartment a block from Kléber Square. With everything so close, it was surprising it was so quiet. I would gladly stay in other Cotoon properties as if this is any indication, they are well organized.

Flat is quite small but the location is perfect. Communication was challenging with multiple parties involved right after booking. Got too many emails from different parties with links to multiple documents with various information and requirements. Communication and information flow needs to be streamlined.
