Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó, kicsit kintebb a központtól, de még gyalogosan is elérhető minden nevezetesség.
10 perc séta után már Róma központjában vagyunk és onnan végig sétálható az egész város.
Buszmegálló a ház előtt, ha mégsem gyalogosan közlekednénk.
A szomszéd az első éjszaka papírt dobott be, hogy ne hangoskodjunk, pedig nem is voltunk hangosak, csak 11-en voltunk a 12 fős apartmanban és készülődés után el is mentünk és szinte egyáltalán nem tartózkodzunk ott, csak aludni jártunk vissza.
Melegvíz egyik este kifogyott, mire mindenki lezuhanyozott volna.
Csak lepedő volt a takaró, hiába volt paplan, nem volt mibe belehúzni. Szerencsére jó időt fogtunk ki, pár nappal korábban fáztunk volna lepedővel takarózni.

We stayed in this apartment as a family 6 adults + 3 kids. The large surface area is very convenient as well as the 4 separate large bedrooms despite the fact that 1 bedroom is equipped with a low-quality mattress (convertible sofa) and some furniture like a working desk is missing (while the space would allow for it). 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms are also convenient for big families. The overall cleanliness is OK-ish (bed sheets and towels are ok) but you should not look at the details (the ground is a bit sticky, curtains and blankets are dirty…).The neighbourhood is very pleasant, reachable within a short 15min-walk from Piazza del Popolo. The view over gardens is nice, but the street could be a bit noisy sometimes at night as the rooms face the street side. This apartment could be a 10/10 if better maintained and equipped, however there are critical points which really lowered our rating in regards to the amount paid.
The kitchen is in bad condition, so don’t expect to spend time cooking here. Most of the pans and pots are in a terribly used condition and half of them is not even suitable for induction-heating !! Cutlery is barely provided for 6 people and lots of useful tools are missing. The bread-toaster requires continuous pressing to heat up and should be replaced. The coffee machine and boiler are dirty and spoilt with hard water residues. You cant use them at the same time as there is only 1 power socket (no powerstrip) … but the worst thing is the electrical installation which does not seem to be compliant with current standards !! We had 5 times a power cut when preparing dinner : you can only use 1 induction-heating area at a time without the hood without microwave and without the oven. How convenient that is when preparing dinner for 9 people … During the last evening, some of us did not have hot water in the shower anymore. We thought the tank was empty … but even in the morning after, at 7am on the day of departure, the water could not be colder !! Looks like again circuit breakers are faulty. This is unacceptable. We did not inform the host at it was late in the evening and nothing could really be solved on spot: some repair works is needed.
Regarding the host, she was not always very reactive on whatsapp prior the arrival. However she provided all details upfront and it was easy to get the keys upon arrival. There was no dish towel and soap in the kitchen, but she asked sb to provide during the first day. Nevertheless we would have expected a bit more guidance and tips regarding transportation from the airport. While we learned that you can get 12€ return tickets with buses or 55€ flat taxi fare, she only offered to provide her « special partnership » requiring us to pay 200€ (2 cars) 1-way to pick us from the airport. To summarize, for almost 600€/night paid cash, you could expect a better service, better maintenance and better equipment from that place.
