Location was very good. Could have received all registration details before morning of arrival as left home Uk at 4.30am. Spacious size of accommodation for family of 6 and sleeping accommodation good
Dining facilities for 4 people when promoted as 6 person + apartment and breakfast bar in hall no substitute for family meal. May suit group of friends but not family unit.
No sheets provided for sofa bed even though ages of children declared in advance.
No sitting room for communal gathering.

The host was incredibly responsive on WhatsApp and addressed any of my concerns, as well as any of my friends concerns despite us booking with such short notice. We really appreciated her patience. The house was fantastic, it was very clean and had a superb kitchen. Checking in was easy and straight forwards, zero complaints here from neither myself or my friends.
It was great. I can't remember if on the website it said two bathrooms and explicitly stated 1 shower. Because it was 1 shower shared between the lot of us but honestly no one was bothered.

Firstly, let me make this clear. My review to follow stems from a very very rude host (Consuelo). Not helpful at all. Quite condescending. When I dealt with the owners Barabara & Luigi, they were lovely and polite.
However, I feel the below is necessary for anyone booking this property for large groups like us. This apartment accommodates & advertises large for groups/family's!
-Heating not working in 2 bedrooms. Luigi did come to fix heating in my elderly parents room, but it didnt work. We just left the heating off & used the column heater provided (which aren't safe to leave on overnight)
-Remote control for heater in 2nd bedroom was missing, therefore no heating in that room. A small portable heater was used as improvisation.
- Remote control for 2 TV's not working & TV in 2nd bedroom dead! Wouldnt even switch on manually.
- As mentioned earlier, the Host (not the owner) very very rude in communicating & does not understand English well. Coming up to the date, I enquired twice about the apartment accommodating 7 ppl as the description on booking.com describes capability, however unable to change numbers through booking.com so Consuelo 'assumed' we were still 5 and not 7, even though I made enquiries for 7. As a result, bedding was not ready when we arrived.
- Owner was much friendlier & accommodating
- The apartment advertises for up to 7 ppl but to be honest, its not big enough for 7 ppl.
- Pics show 2 bathrooms, but there is only 1 shower - not stipulated on booking.com
- I rated the neighbourhood a low score not for the location - the location is within all amenities, The worst part was the noisy neighbourhood (especially at night) and poor quality double glazed windows - you can hear EVERYTHING! You cannot block out the noise. I had 4 sleepless nights at this apartment!
Very very noisy on street until early hours mid morning (3-4am) bring earplugs if you want to sleep.
