The bed and the blanket were super comfortable. The building is cool, the location is at the edge of the city, but still very convenient.

Look, my main problem was the washing machine. Let me quote Booking.com for this room: "Comfortable Accommodations: The apartment features a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, air-conditioning, and a balcony with city views. Additional amenities include a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, and free WiFi." All of this is true, except the washing machine part. The catch is that the loft rooms don't have washing machines -- there is a single shared washing machine on the floor. I came to Leuven for a sports camp and I had to wash my attire every day. I booked this (relatively expensive) hotel primarily because it featured a washing machine in the room, which the description on booking.com clearly makes you expect. A washing machine on the floor, shared with 4-5 other rooms, is OK but not the same. I could have gotten an AirBNB closer to the downtown with a washing machine for a similar or smaller price.

Die Aussicht ist wirklich sehenswert - man sollte allerdings keine Höhenangst haben! Ich habe den Blick auf den Fluss, den Park und die Dächer der Altstadt sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist goßzügig und angenehm puristisch-elegant eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr gut. Das Apartment ist sehr ruhig. Angenehm war auch die gute Beleuchtung - nicht so trübselig wie in vielen Unterkünften. Der Bahnhof und das Zentrum der Altstadt sind zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde es wieder wählen.

Es gibt kaum etwas auszusetzen. Durch die großen Fensterflächen könnte es im Sommer heiß werden, es gibt deshalb auch eine Klimaanlage - die ich aber bei meinem Aufenthalt nicht gebraucht habe, da es im Freien kühl war. Die Zuteilung von Klopapier war etwas knapp - und wenn man selber welches kauft, bleibt viel zu viel übrig. Spülmittel hatte ich vorsorglich selber in kleinen Mengen mitgenommen, es war keines da. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

Everythinf was great, even the price

De accommodatie is qua locatie en inrichting (meubels maar ook een goed bed) en vooral het uitzicht helemaal top.

De accommodatie stonk naar bedorven voedsel, een geur die uit de koelkast kwam. Men liet ons er gewoon in in afwachting of we het op zouden opmerken en accepteren ofzo. De geur was echter walgelijk en om onpasselijk van te worden. Bij aangeven werd wel een air diffuser weggezet om de geur te compenseren en verminderen maar elke keer als we de koelkast opendeden waar de geur vandaan kwam zaten gingen we bijna over onze nek. Niet even rustig met uitzicht ontbijten dus of ‘s avonds lekker een koud biertje bij het uitzicht. Bovendien wie wil een hotelkamer waarbij de diffused elke paar minuten citroen geur in je kamer spuit. Achteraf nog contact proberen te zoeken maar op mijn berichten werd niet gereageerd. Als de klant betaald heeft en weg is dan eindigt kennelijk de klantrelaties en gastvrijheid. Erg jammer.
