The living area is large and bright, furnished with taste and attention to detail, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and main appliances, offering everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The sleeping area includes two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a double bed, ensuring space and privacy for all guests. The two modern and functional bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, offering an additional touch of comfort.

The location of the apartment is simply enviable. Located in the Fiera Milano City district, the apartment is within easy reach of some of the city's main attractions. We inform you that starting from September 7 , and until the end of the works, a construction site will be active for the complete renovation of the roof of the condominium .
Starting from this date, the scaffold is scheduled to be assembled, which will affect the facades of the building and the surrounding common areas.
At the moment it is not possible to predict exactly the level of noise or the degree of disturbance that the works may cause, but it is likely that there will be inconvenience related to noise, dust and the presence of workers during working hours, approximately between 8:00 and 17:00 , from Monday to Friday (unless modified by the executing company).
We apologize as of now for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and cooperation. City Tax: € 9,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights

clean apt. located in great Milan neighborhood near the Park Sempione. Italianway provides an easy seamless checkin with great communication. Apt. has 1 large bedroom and 1 with 2 twin beds (1 loft & 1 on floor). 3 of us stayed and enjoyed it. grocery store across street, Sicilian bakery around the corner, multiple restaurants along via monte and tram stops very close. would stay here again

Nice 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Train station and tram access very convenient. Restaurants within walking distance. Had to check in at an office by the train station, then make your way to the apartment. Had a little glitch that it was still being cleaned well past the check in time, but we were able to leave our luggage and go exploring. In the heat of July, it needed better air conditioning.

Experience was great. However, we were there for three nights and only received two rolls of toilet paper for four people. It was very hot and we were very disappointed that the air conditioning would not be turned on until June as it was in the high '80s while in Milan beginning of May so we did not sleep well due to apartment being very hot and the lsting is not accurate about ac.
