The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed and a living room furniture with a TV, while the open kitchen is equipped with all appliances (microwave, induction hob, dishwasher) and utensils and tableware. The apartment also includes two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a washing machine, and high-speed fiber internet.

From Bovisa train station (a few minutes' walk away), there are connections to Centrale, Porta Garibaldi, and Cadorna stations, as well as all the stops of the suburban railway that connect the city center in just a few minutes. Bovisa also offers direct train connections to Milan Malpensa Airport. The yellow metro line (direct line to the Duomo) at Dergano station is about a fifteen-minute walk away.
