Staff were very responsive when a minor hardware issue arose.
They replied to my messages within the day – in short, excellent communication.
Very well heated accommodation.
Proximity to shops
A few items were missing for cooking (baking dish, stewpot)
A minor problem with condensation on the windows, but that didn't stop us from having a lovely week in Cardiff.

Lovely hot tub and facilities
It needs a good deep clean and smoke alarms properly installed as it smelt very suspicious when we first got in. Perhaps replace freezer with dishwasher so utensils are actually clean for next guests, we had to wash everything with very hot water before using. The house itself wasn’t that clean and it needs some decorative attention, shame as it’s a lovely place!

very parking in front of entrance door. Wi-Fi was good. heating system was really good. staff was really good in attending the calls and messages.
I feel the apartment was not clean I could see spiders next to heaters. the smell coming out of kitchen sink was not good.
