Cozy home away from home in quiet Trenton neighborhood. Home has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Kitchen, large dining room, living room, half bath, and 3 season porch on first floor. Large fenced backyard, off-street parking. Close to shopping and restaurants. Downtown Detroit attractions just 20 miles away. Sporting events (Lions, Tigers, Redwings, Pistons), museums, restaurants, Riverwalk, and many more attractions in nearby Detroit.
Some things to know about the property. The home is over 100 years old. The house is located about 1.5 blocks from an active railroad that has disturbed some guests in the past. Due to the age of the house, there is no central air conditioning. Window air conditioners are installed in the upstairs bedrooms, but may not cool the entire house in a manner you are used to.

Perfect for our stay visiting family nearby. Huge plus that it's pet-friendly with a fenced yard! The house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Host is lwelcoming and prompt to respond. Thank you!

This house is old with a ton of character. It was quite comfortable. Yes, the occasional train went by but hardly noticeably. Loved having the fenced in backyard! Kristen was an amazing host and so accommodating as my dates for leaving changed due to a family sickness then funeral. I would stay here again!!!! Riverview is my old stomping grounds. Oh, if you can, stop at nearby Sibley Gardens for a great meal.Thank you Kristen!!!!

This host was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Was convenient to the airport and everything we wanted to do in Detroit. It was also in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed ourselves-thanks for the hospitality!
