Cute bungalow on a quiet street near Lake Erie. Great for fishing kayaking and visiting! This home offers a screened in front porch, laundry, shower with safety features. 1 queen bed on 1st floor, 1 futon & office on first floor, upstairs has a double bed in one room and queen in the other room. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, basic items to get your stay started, Kurig & coffee pot. Internet, heat, air & Roku TV in living room.

Overall a great place, and comfortable. A few things that I would recommend is having a curtain or blinds at the back door, everytime we were in the kitchen it just felt like someone could be staring right at us, also maybe don’t have see through curtains in the living room…other than those two big things, the place was clean, nice, and well lit !! Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful

This was such a quiet, cozy, comfortable home. What a beautiful neighborhood to stretch our legs around to see the lake and it was close to all the sight seeing we wanted to do in the Toledo area this visit. Great host and communication. Beautiful, clean home.

Nice old house about a block from the water, which you can only see from the street. AC is good with significant difference between upstairs and downstairs temps. Decent beds and kitchen. Good shower. Host didn't forward accessibility information until specifically requested the night before we arrived. Somewhat indifferently apppointed and take care of. Dryer in laundry was running with a full load when we arrived late at night. One wastebasket in entire place. Sticky kitchen floor and dirty dishes in cupboard. Non-stick frying pans should be discarded. Only a 6" square cutting board. Owner graciously granted refund for unused day due to booking mix-up
