About this house rental
We own two similar houses, which are located in a residence of tourism, entirely reassured and in a closed and protected space, close to the swimming pools.
Rentals are only from Saturday to Saturday July and August. Outside this period the entry and exit dates are more flexible.
The accommodation is spacious, functional, Provencal style and very pleasant to live.
We send each week by mail to our tenants:
-The calendar of events on Arles.
-The newsletter of the events of the department of Bouches du Rhône.
- The terraces and gardens are also fully fenced, not overlooked, without noise and far from prying eyes.
- There are also shaded parts and sunny parts.
The accommodation is air conditioned or heated.
You have Internet, television, garden furniture, a very functional home equipment for 6 people
Our houses are very well located, perfectly maintained and in a privileged environment, surrounded by vegetation. Shaded and closed green spaces, hidden from view, are conducive to rest and relaxation.
You are also close at the same time, all the sports and leisure activities of the site.
All the expenses are included in the hiring: wifi, electricity, television ... except linens, sheets, towels, tea towels, that we rent in addition.

Really enjoyable stay. Everything went really smoothly. Arles is a beautiful town, and surprisingly large. We found a car was necessary for going into Arles but also for exploring the wider area.Anne, the owner, was extremely easy to deal with, flexible (we had to leave at early in the morning), and responsive.My wife and daughters loved the pool and (not doing swimming) I read in the garden which was a great sun trap.

The place has a nice little garden and is located within a (secured) holiday complex where you can use the shared pools or play tennis. The flat/house is nice, but a bit over-priced for the standard. However, we had a very nice stay close to Arles and explored the region a lot. Thanks again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. Très bien équipé et très bien entretenu. Nos hôtes ont été d'une grande gentillesse et disponibilité pour nos divers questions (organisation, animaux, fourniture de draps et serviettes etc..). Un grand merci à vous.
La résidence est également très bien pourvu avec de multiples piscines, court de tennis, squash, centre équestre et balade autour du lac très joli.
La région et la ville d'arles sont également très agréable.
Je recommande volontier.
