About this apartment rental
Totara Falls studio is a beautifully appointed property situated within the sub tropical grounds of Totara Falls Estate in the Bay of Islands and close to the lovely town of Kerikeri, local beaches, wineries, and attractions. The private studio is contained in a separate building in the grounds which is peaceful and tranquil and surrounded by birdsong. Within the grounds take a stroll down through the native bush to the river and waterfall.
The space
This delightful studio is nestled in a peaceful rural setting and is contained in a separate building away from the main family home in the grounds of the estate.
The studio has an open plan bedroom with queen bed and
lounge/kitchen/dining area.
A travel cot or a single fold away bed is available on request.
The kitchen is fully furnished with electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine.
A Smart TV with Netflix is provided with unlimited broadband.
The studio has direct access to an amazing full size badminton and basketball court inside the American Barn. The studio has its own patio area for alfresco dining which overlooks the gardens and you can sit back comfortably and enjoy the peace and tranquillity.
Guests are also very welcome to use the private and secluded heated (between October and end of April) swimming pool in the grounds. Private parking is situated outside the American barn.

Michelle and Nick were very welcoming to their immaculate accomodation. Everything from linen to toiletries were top of the range.
After a long drive, a dip in their heated swimming pool was most refreshing. Next time we visit the Bay of Islands, they will be our preferred choice.

I needed a getaway to grieve after losing my dog. Michelle was just absolutely amazing (she had even brought me some chocolates on arrival after finding out about my dog, so sweet!!), she was so lovely, warm, kind and welcoming. I had the best time here just relaxing and checking out the sites nearby. I felt home. The accommodation is so clean and tidy, the bed is super comfortable, and it has everything you need. 10/10 - I can't fault anything, the windows also had an insect screen. Which was so great as I'm not great with bugs or mosquitoes.
I went further up North after my stay here and tried rebooking here again before heading back to Auckland but it was all booked out. That's how much I loved it. I would definitely stay here AGAIN in the future. Thank you Michelle for such a wonderful experience.

Beautiful place! Had a relaxing few days chilling in the pool and lying out in the sun. The private waterfall was amazing and just a quick bush walk away.
