About this apartment rental
The new and comfortably furnished ground floor apartment with a separate entrance is quiet in the city center. The old town with its rustic half-timbered houses and the Frankhaus can be reached in about 3 minutes. There is the market place and cozy restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors. Butchers, bakeries and supermarkets are within a radius of 300 - 500 m. The Wonnemar thermal spa is only about 900 m away. There is a golf course, tennis, mini golf and fishing. Numerous hiking and cycling excursion routes - e.g. B. along the Main, to the nearby bathing lake, in the beautiful Spessart and the surrounding castles, castles, cities, villages with the popular Franconian wine / hedges. Marktheidenfeld is also located in one of the least rainy areas in Germany.
There are two bedrooms - each with a double bed -, a living room with a double sofa bed, TV and stereo, and a bright bathroom with window / tub / shower - hairdryer and separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen has a cozy dining area, microwave, cook / oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher - and storage room. To relax and for cozy or contemplative hours there is a furnished terrace with awning and lawn in front of it. A parking space and a bicycle parking space are in the yard behind the house. A set of ALU touring bikes (full suspension) can also be rented (by prior arrangement) for a fee of € 8. Batteries for eBikes can be charged.
Underfloor heating, no carpeting, WLAN telephone / Internet / radio / television / printer.
Towels and bed linen are provided. (So apart from your personal needs, everything is available - should something be missing, we will be happy to provide a remedy)
On request, we offer a shuttle service to Frankfurt and Nuremberg airports, or one of the surrounding train stations (Aschaffenburg, Karlstadt, Lohr, Wertheim, Würzburg), as well as transfer and pick-up trips during your stay.

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt, Kaffefilter, Gewürze Spülmittel, ...) . Die Lage war sehr gut, 5 min zu Fuß in den Ortskern und zum Main. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war problemlos.

Saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Nahe der Altstadt, Geschäfte und Gaststätten fussläufig erreichbar. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren entlang des Mains. Empfehlenswert!

Alles bestens , sehr netter Kontakt . Wohnung sehr sauber , alles da was man braucht , wir haben nichts vermisst . Gerne kommen wir nochmal wieder .
