About this apartment rental
Beautiful, newly furnished apartment with balcony and free parking space directly at the house.
The apartment is located in 1. Floor and has about 85 square meters of living space.
In the bedroom there is a new boxspring bed 200 x 200 cm, wardrobe and a TV.
A living room with new sofa bed for 2 persons, 2 armchairs, a bed 140 x 200 cm for two persons, TV, free wifi.
In the apartment is a travel cot 120 x 60cm with pillows, blanket incl. Bed linen and a highchair available.
In addition, you will find a well stocked bookshelf with new books. In addition, coloring books and pens, pens and games for the young visitors.
A large bathroom with two sinks, bath, shower, hairdryer, washer and dryer. Towels and washcloths are sufficiently available.
You will also find a clothes horse, ironing board and iron.
New, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and seating for six people. Electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. Coffee machine, water cooker and toaster. The refrigerator has an additional freezer with three compartments.
All rooms have balcony doors with fly screens.

Uettingen is located between Würzburg and Wertheim in the beautiful Aalbachtal. Both cities can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
Würzburg with the beautiful residence with a courtyard garden and the impressive fortress, Wertheim with historical old town and the castle high above the city.
Wertheim Village, one of the best known and most beautiful German outlets, can be reached by car in about 15 minutes.
Rothenburg ob der Tauber is only about 60 km away and can be reached by car via the A7 in just over 45 minutes. The beautiful medieval city is an experience not only in summer. In winter, of course, the wonderful Christmas market attracts visitors.

This apartment is great. It is very large and was stocked with everything you need to vacation. No need to run to the store right away to buy bathroom supplies. It was clean and nicely decorated. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space. Yvonne and Ralph are very nice and easy-going and made our stay very enjoyable. I would stay here again if I come back this way.Alles war wunderbar. Die Wohnung hat viel Platz, ist schoen eingerichtet, und hat alles was mann braucht. Und alles war sauber. Yvonne und Ralph sind sehr net und easy-going. Wir sind eine Familie von 5 und hatten ausreichend Platz. Ich nochmal hier wohnen.
