everything was good in the property.
only two parking spaces. heating didn’t work but maintenance came within 20 mins of calling to fix it.

The house was amazing and the location was superb. It was well equipped. We could easily walk to the beach and then on to Aldeburgh. The Dolphin food was delicious and a very short walk from the house.
With such a large house it would have been more convenient to have extra parking spaces outside the house.

Great location near the sea. Quirky building beautifully renovated. All the beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the WiFi worked!!
The dining area was a bit cramped with uncomfortable chairs - didn’t make us linger over a meal - though the sitting room upstairs was lovely to adjourn to. The toilet seat in the en-suite sloped downwards and felt very strange!
