We have had a lovely 4 nights staying in Elm Cottage!
First location....it really is only 90 seconds from the nearest pub (Adnams' White Hart), fish & chip shop and the beach. There's plenty of parking within a few minutes along Lee Road.
Key pick is from a key safe; communication by email was excellent, three days ahead. We took advantage of an early check in from 2:00pm
The house....well it's a classic terraced cottage but really well modernised, perfect for a couples or family stay. The lounge is comfortable and homely....double sofas, gas fire, TV & Blu Ray player. There are games, DVDs and books if you need them.
The kitchen is modern and well presented. Everything you could need (and more) is provided.
The first floor rooms are clean and comfy. My parents used those and had no complaints. The bathroom is a good size, modern (but suited to the cottage) and clean.
The loft conversion is lovely. My wife and I used this bedroom and bathroom, and it's very nice. Head room is a little low on the bathroom but that's typical of this type of conversion. The view from the back window (Juliet balcony) across the other cottages and the river is lovely.
Overall....this is a great cottage for 4 or 5 people. Great location, lovely house....we will definitely return!

A beautiful quiet cottage in an excellent location. We stayed over Christmas and there was a tree, a Christmas quiz, details of local carol services and a bottle of fizz waiting for us. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to make Christmas lunch.

Great location and lots of space. Lovely views from the top floor and the additional garden room space was a bonus.
Near to the high street with plenty of choice for food and drink and not far from the beach.
You couldn't park at the cottage but plenty of spaces in the street.

The location was perfect. Everything worked.
The pillows were awful. The internal windows were filthy. No immediate access to the court yard
