About this house rental
The Casolare is located, in a panoramic position, on the edge of the ancient Borgo di Canneto, dating back to the year 780 AD. c., on the rolling hills of Samina, in the open Tuscan countryside.
A few steps from the Casolare, we can walk, on foot or by bicycle, the legendary "Via Francigena", in the stretch between San Miniato and Gambassi Terme, two magical places a few kilometers from the Country House. - The property is strategically located in a position equidistant from the main art cities of Tuscany (Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, Certaldo, Vinci etc. are all included within a radius of about 35 km) and is close to all essential services (e.g. Shopping centers, health services, railways, airports, road / highway roads etc.). The building available to our guests is an entire independent housing unit, of over 130 square meters, part of a larger, ancient farmhouse, dating back to the Renaissance period, finely renovated and cared for in every detail, with independent heating system. It has handmade terracotta floors, and enjoys a breathtaking view, from all bedrooms and from the dining room, on the underlying Val d'Elsa. It is equipped with all the essential comforts, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (shower cubicle on the ground floor and a large cabin / whirlpool tub for two on the upper floor). The environment is air conditioned and equipped with free WI-FI and satellite TV. The elegant rustic style kitchen, perfectly integrated in the "Country" environmental context, is equipped with the most modern appliances, combining innovation and tradition thanks to the presence of a wonderful thermo-ventilated fireplace that will allow you to warm up while grilling tasty Florentine at the same time which you can place directly on hot coals. Complete the dining area with a huge convivial table for lunch and dinner in pleasant company. In the cozy lounge, there is a large terracotta fireplace, ideal for spending your beautiful winter evenings with your friends or family gathered around the warmth of a crackling hearth, perhaps accompanying everything from an excellent local Chianti, sipped in glasses of crystal.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa splendida casa di campagna, da primi in assoluto, nei giorni di capodanno. La casa, oltre ad esser nuova, è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Fin da subito risaltano agli occhi i particolari e l'accuratezza messi da Natascia e Cristian per realizzare tale gioiello. Dagli infissi, alla pietra mista a legno, agli arredi, e cosi via.
La casa inoltre non è veramente sprovvista di nulla: utensili per la cucina, smart tv, docce idromassaggio, armadi spaziosissimi in ogni camera, camino (addirittura 2), ecc...
Il tutto condito da una fantastica vista sulla natura toscana e una posizione ottimale per raggiungere tantissimi punti di interesse.
L'accoglienza e la disponibilità dei proprietari, nonché del guardiano che vive di fianco, è stata ottima.
Cristian e Natascia sono stati inoltre molto cortesi nel consentirci di ospitare solo per una notte un'altra coppia di amici (aggiuntasi in extremis) per la notte del 31, nonostante avessimo prenotato per 4 persone.
Consiglio a chiunque di non esitare assolutamente a prenotare questa casa per godersi qualche giorno di puro relax con ogni tipo di comfort.
