Palace Venice Apartments offers a 45 square meter two-room apartment with a bedroom with double bed, living area with sofa bed or bunk bed, private bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning or heating .
Ideal for families with children (cot if requested), groups of friends (maximum 4 people) or couples looking for a spacious apartment and reserved for a pleasant stay a few steps from Venice.
The apartment is located in the center of Mestre, just a few steps from Piazza Ferretto, and is surrounded by shops, boutiques, markets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, theaters and cinemas.
The location is ideal to reach Venice by public transport. The bus stop to Venice is within walking distance from the Apartment, it passes a bus every 10 minutes and in 10 minutes you reach the city of Venice. Throughout the night it is on the N1 line stopping in front of the Residence. The Mestre train station is 800 meters, 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by bus. In front of the Residence there is also the stop for the 15 bus line to and from the Marco Polo Airport in Venice. The shuttle bus ATVO from and to Treviso Canova Airport stops and starts from the Mestre Train Station, 15 minutes' walk from the residence.
Arriving by car can use the garage (for a fee) or public parking lots and then use public transport for travel to Venice.
Reception is normally available from 9 am to 12. 30 and from 15 to 19.
Check in from 15 and check out by 11am.
Kindly we ask you to inform us by phone or by post / email arrival time. In the event of arrival after 20 we can arrange check in with an extra cost of € 15.
We are available to provide private transfers to and from Venice Airport and Mestre Train Station, upon request and for a fee.
