Locația excelentă, foarte aproape de centru.
Apartamentul necesită o reparație urgență. Este foarte vechi, un pic neîngrijit și gazda a trimis super multe mesaje, ar fi bine sa fie un pic mai distantă. Baia și ușile sunt groaznice.
