Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat über WhatsApp stattgefunden, sehr unkompliziert und proaktiv, gut. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und sehr schön. Schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Umgebung ruhig.
Vor Ort waren m.E. die Eltern, welche persönlich die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht haben. Können nur italienisch, es hat aber trotzdem funktioniert. Sie haben alles bis ins kleinste Detail gezeigt. Sehr langwieriger Check-In mit Pass Fotografie, Formular ausfüllen etc. Parkplatz etwas schwer zu finden.

Per le mie esigenze ho trovato la casa un po’ troppo polverosa, avrebbe avuto bisogno di una spolverata prima del nostro arrivo.

Todo, apartamento nuevo con todo tipo de comodidades. Camas muy cómodas y los dueños (Luigi y Valentina) son muy agradables. Si vais a visitar Verona, este apartamento es muy recomendable, en 20 min estás en el centro si quieres ir andando. También tienes varias líneas de bus para desplazarte. Además, está al lado de la estación de tren (10 minutos).

Very clean, everything there that we needed excepted use of air con. Walking distance to centre, train station and supermarket.
Owner not wanting to give us remote control for the air conditioner. It was, as was expected, a hot time in Verona. Place advertised with air conditioning, which is why we chose it. At check in she declined to hand over remotes and suggested we open up everything.. unfortunately that does not work in a hot apartment with no overnight cooling or breeze.
