Beautiful villa with new furniture from February 2020 :)
Ideally located between Saint Aygulf and Les Issambres 600 m from the sea and less than 5 minutes drive from shops, entertainment, restaurants, private beaches, but also perfect for diving enthusiasts, or coves innumerable reserve for amateurs and savvy pictures in unforgettable heads.
It is also very nice to know that one of the beaches has the rare advantage of being in very shallow water, ideal for children in low or very low ages with supervision of course :)
Our villa is in the heart of a garden composed of Mediterranean plants and trees.
You can enjoy it as a couple or with friends, by preparing aperitifs by the pool without notice, or on the large terrace or you will also be nice to prepare the meal on the griddle or barbecue, this one you will allow you to rest on the deckchairs that await you for a rest with the scent of the Mediterranean essences
Perfectly equipped, do not clutter, you will find everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, American fridge, espresso machine, coffee maker, etc ... But also, baby bed, hair dryer, ironing center: (first aid kit for possible minor injuries, Etc ...

La villa est mieux en vrai que sur les photos, vraiment une belle surprise, une belle adresse, le secteur est tranquille et rassurant, la déco n'est pas quitch, on s'y sent vraiment très bien, la villa est bien entrenue et la propreté impécable, les terrsasses sont très agréables et super spacieuces, la vue est dégagée et la végétation fait pensée aux îles.
Je n'ai qu'un seul regret, ne pas y avoir passé plus de temps... mais j'y reviendrai, c'est sûr.
Et 6 étoiles le prestataire à la sortie, super sympa :) Merci

Vorab- Man sollte französisch sprechen können! Drei Tage vor Anreise konnte ich immer noch keinen Check In (Fewo- App extra downgeloadet) anklicken und hatte auch keine Info vom Vermieter (trotz mehrmaligen Anschreiben) wie die Übergabe des Hauses erfolgen soll. Kontakt mit Fewo- Direkt habe ich dann via Chat aufgenommen, da es telefonisch nicht möglich war. Es erfolgte eine Rückmeldung - endlich auch vom Vermieter. Übergabe am Ankunftstag 16:00 sollte erfolgen. Wir waren um 15:30 vor Ort und haben beim Vermieter angerufen, da das Haus verschlossen war. Mit Hilfe eines Dolmetschers (ein Freund von mir in München, der mit dem Vermieter gesprochen hat) erhielten wir Anweisungen von ihm wo sich der Schlüssel befindet und einige Verbote (Müll täglich zum Parkplatz entsorgen ; Auto nicht aufs Grundstück etc..)
Verbot 1 machte auch Sinn, da auch die Nachbargrundstücke teilweise unbewohnt waren und wir hier von Natur und entsprechenden Tieren sprechen. Verbot 2 gilt aus meiner Sicht nur wenn man ein größeres Auto hat, da die Einfahrt eng und etwas steil ist. Dann gab es längere Diskussionen per SMS mit dem Vermieter (google Translator), da es aus seiner Sicht keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher in Corona Zeiten gibt. Nach Zusendung der Vertragsunterlagen, gab er uns letztendlich den Code für den Keller, wo sich welche befand. Ansonsten war das Haus und das Grundstück in einem technisch hochwertigen und sauberen Zustand. Leider wurde der Pool erst am Samstag perfekt mit Saugroboter vor unserer Abreise von Blättern und Palmennüssen von jemanden gereinigt. In der Woche habe ich es so gut es ging mit einem Kescher selbst gemacht. Der Grill war voller alter Kohle und nicht nutzbar. Ich habe schön öfter bei Fewo- direkt gebucht und eine Übergabe und Einweisung hat bislang immer persönlich oder über einen Verwalter stattgefunden. Das hätten wir uns hier auch gewünscht. Bei der Abreise haben wir das Haus sauber hinterlassen und auch nicht abgewartet, ob noch jemand eine Abnahme macht.
Insgesamt ist das Haus und Grundstück sehr wertig und gut ausgestattet; der knapp 1 km entfernte Strand ist sehr schön und mit einem Parkplatz versehen, der nichts kostet.
