About this villa rental
If you are looking for a villa with an exceptional sea view, welcome to the “Lord of Sainte-Maxime” villa. A real favorite villa for an exceptional stay.
Less than 5 minutes from the beaches and shops by car, this beautiful villa has an incredible panoramic sea view.
Very sunny, this villa is located in a quiet neighborhood.
The villa can accommodate 10 people in its 4 air-conditioned bedrooms:
- The master bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, whirlpool bath, shower, and toilet. This bedroom has a balcony with a magnificent sea view.
- Two bedrooms (with double beds) and a bathroom and toilet. One with a sea view and the other with a view of the pool.
- An independent studio with a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. Large bay window with sea view from the studio.
A large living/dining room opens onto a beautiful balcony terrace with a splendid view of the bay of Saint-Tropez. The living room is equipped with a smart TV, an audio-visual system, and a fireplace.
Three kitchens are available for your stay:
- the indoor kitchen near the living room, which is very well equipped
- the outdoor kitchen with its gas barbecue and a very large terrace with a magnificent sea view
- the studio's equipped kitchen
Another terrace, also with a sea view, overlooks a private 8 x 4 meter pool. The pool is maintained and cleaned weekly and is secured by an electric cover. The pool can be heated on request from early April to late October.
You can relax in the sun on the sun loungers on the villa's various terraces or in the shade.
A petanque court with a magnificent sea view is available in the garden, as well as a ping-pong table.
Many other amenities are included: TV, PS5 game console (can be disabled at the parents' request), WiFi, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning, and more.
You can park several vehicles in the villa's enclosed parking lot. This parking lot includes a Tesla fast charging station, which is available for your use free of charge. It is compatible with other major brands of electric vehicles.
This unique villa is a 20-minute walk from the beautiful Garonnette beach and its sailing club.
From the villa, you can visit the beautiful towns of the region: Sainte Maxime, Saint-Raphaël, Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Ramatuelle, Pampelone and its beaches... You can also visit Saint Tropez, 30 minutes away by car, or take advantage of the shuttle boats that leave from the port of San Peire (5 minutes by car from the villa) and cross the bay in 20 minutes.
Toulon airport is 50 km away, Nice airport 70 km.
For stays longer than 7 nights, the price includes the provision of:
- Bed linen
- Bath towels
- Pool towels
For shorter stays, the option is 40€ per person per stay.
Optional: Pool heating, €150 per week
Outside school holidays, short stays are possible.
The neighborhood is quiet and, to preserve its tranquility, “party” stays and groups of young people (under 25) are not allowed.

We had a very pleasant stay at the house ‘Lord of Sainte Maxine’. The house has a great sea view, is very family friendly and the hosts are great!

The property was absolutely lovely. It suited our family of 7 quite well. The view was beautiful and the pool was a delight, kept very clean and comfortable with umbrellas and chairs to relax on. Our visit was during a very hot spell and there wasn't air conditioning, but the owner immediately supplied us with fans that made our stay perfectly enjoyable in every way. I highly recommend this property...it was a little too far for us to walk to town in the heat and up high...the only drawback for us. The owner was in touch with us in a very timely manner.

The stay in general was perfect. We have been there for a week with 2 families of 2 adults and 2 kids each family, overall 8 people. The house fits perfect to this group size. In particular we liked very much the seaview which was amazing. The house and the garden including the barbecue area were in really good shape! In the kitchen nothing was missing. It was very quiet but close to the sea and the village. Especially Eric (host) was really responsive and answered within minutes to our questions and tried everything to provide a perfect stay for us. Thanks a lot!
