Muy bien ubicado, en una avenida muy amplia. Pudimos aparcar en la calle sin problema ya que era gratis hasta el 23 de agosto. El piso es muy grande, tres habitaciones, dos baños y una cocina. Es cierto que es muy antiguo, un pelín avejentado, pero no supuso ningún problema. Los muebles de la cocina estaban reformados y había menaje suficiente. Pasar un rato al fresco en el balcón de la cocina fue muy agradable. Recomendable.
Las puertas que separan el baño de las habitaciones podrían ser más estancas. El tranvía pasa por la avenida y para algunas ocupantes supuso un problema; para mí, no.

La relación calidad precio fue lo mejor y también que tiene lugar para siete personas.
Las instalaciones de los cuartos son antiguas, luego los baños necesitan mejoras.
