L’emplacement proche des lieux de visite. Bâtiment historique, communs propres et spacieux. Supermarché et métro à deux pas…
Le BRUIT. Le Corso est très bruyant, motos, voitures, bus, ambulances, tramway… très difficile de dormir même avec les fenêtres fermées (simple vitrage) et volets anciens. Les équipements laissent à désirer (prise défectueuse, manque de lampes de chevet, porte des toilettes qui ne ferme pas)….
