About this apartment rental
Our little village is situated in a quiet location in the Vorderpfalz near Speyer, 5 km from the river Rhine, between Mannheim and Karlsruhe, directly at the B 39. Connection to B9, A 61, A5, A6 in a few minutes. It is an apartment in the basement, with garden access and small terrace. This location is considered by many guests to be particularly pleasant, because of the peace and coolness in summer, when the outside temperatures, as often in summer in the Vorderpfalz, reach over 30 °. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is not suitable for fitters. It can sleep 2 adults in a double bed, the sofa bed in the living room can be used by another child up to 16 years. Arrival only until 20. 00 clock, later times please only by appointment!

We rent in our house a 60 m² apartment for 1-2 people with private garden access (The apartment is not suitable for fitters!) own kl. Terrace, bedroom with double bed, very large living room with sofa bed, on which also 1 additional child can sleep, kitchen area, bathroom with shower and toilet, incl. Towels and bedsheets. In addition to the usual crockery and cutlery, the kitchen has 2-burner electric hotplates, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator with TK compartment, cable TV (36 channels), 8 of them in HD, WiFi for fast internet, cyclists welcome!, A covered, enclosed space is available for your bikes (at ground level).

Gute Betten, geräumige Wohnung und schöner Außensitzplatz. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Der Duscheinstieg für ältere Gäste etwas beschwerlich.

Das Objekt ist ruhig gelegen in einem Wohngebiet. Die Wohnung ist groß, für zwei Personen. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt von zwei Tagen perfekt.

Die Wohnung ist zwar im Untergeschoss. Aber sie ist sehr geräumig und lichtdurchflutet. Ganz schön fand ich die Tür vom Wohnbereich, die zu einer Terrasse und einem Garten führte. Gerne hätte ich mich da entspannt. Aber es war leider kein schönes Wetter. Im Sommer stelle ich es mir wunderschön vor. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Konnte sogar mein Fahrrad unterstellen. Man kann grosse und schöne Touren mit dem Fahrrad unter nehmen . Auch Wanderungen. Der Jakobspilgerweg führt auch dort vorbei. Es hat mir gut gefallen. Ich hatte nur zwei Übernachtungen und wäre gerne länger geblieben
