About this house rental
In the heart of vineyards and orchards, in a preserved environment, the Demeure 1876 is a pebbled building with outbuildings, with all the charm of the houses typical of the Drôme hills.
This house of 190 m2 is located in lush greenery preserved 3000 m2.
The house is composed of:
- Its spacious living room with a beautiful fireplace for pleasant evenings by the fire (wood provided). Its library and large flat screen LED TV will allow you to relax in front of a good movie or immerse yourself in a captivating novel.
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle) and dining room with direct access to the garden and the courtyard where you can enjoy the beautiful and long summer evenings with family or friends.
- Three spacious bedrooms (beds 160 x 200) on the first floor tastefully decorated in a contemporary spirit. They have direct access to a sheltered terrace and equipped with a Jacuzzi 6/8 places and deckchairs where you can enjoy the calm ...
- A bedroom with dressing room on the 2nd floor, where the decoration combines the original materials such as stone and wood (bed 160 x 200),
- A reading corner and games for children,
- a nice TV lounge
- 2 bathrooms double basins, (one with shower and bath on the 1st floor, the other with shower on the 2nd)
- 3 separate toilets, one on each floor of the house
- a terrace with barbecue and a double terrace area in the courtyard of the house,
- Jacuzzi 6/8 people, shaded and sheltered with direct access to the house.
Swimming pool planned for summer 2020.
The house is close to all amenities, 4 minutes from the highway exit Tain l'Hermitage (exit 13).
Many visits and walks possible: cellar visits and tasting of wines of the Hermitage, hiking, visit the city of chocolate Valrhona, bike rides through the vineyards or along the via Rhona, shopping at Marques Avenue, Ideal Palace Horse Factor, Safari Peaugres, cave Chauvet 2, small train of Ardèche "Mastrou" ...
At the end of the stay, a cleaning fee of 80 € will be applied.

Tout est mis à la disposition pour profiter d'un agréable séjour beaucoup d'espace de tranquillité et un beau cadre

La maison est très belle. On s'y sent tout de suite très bien.
Le jacuzzi est t'es appréciable.
Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine à cause de la météo, mais la terrasse donnait vraiment envie !!!
