About this house rental
Charming cottage, classified 3 stars, timbered located in the Loire Valley, 1 km from the entrance to the park Chambord and a few kilometers from the A10. In the open air, 100 m from our farm, surrounded by our animals, many local products nearby, visit the castles of the Loire (Chambord (5km), Cheverny (25km), Blois (25km) ...), Zoo de Beauval, Loire by bike ... You will be welcome in our brand new cottage of 45 m2.
Our air-conditioned cottage is composed of:
- 1 bedroom for 2 persons with a 180cm bed (possibility of 2X90cm, duvet 260X240cm).
- 1 room for 2/3 people with 2 beds of 90cm and a fireside type BZ of 80cm
- 1 cot and baby equipment on request (wooden high chair, bathtub, toilet pot or reducer, small step, plastic dishes)
-1 living room with a sofa bed, TV, wifi ...
-1 kitchen open to the living room fully equipped (microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, dishes, coffee filter, Senseo, kettle, toaster ...)
- 1 shower room (washing machine, hair dryer)
- 1 separate WC
- 1 big terrace of 40m2 with a covered corner (table / chairs of garden, parasol, barbecue, 2 sunbaths)
- 1 closed garden
- 1 individual entrance
We provide sheets and towels.
We offer a cleaning option at 40 €, it is to be paid at the beginning of the stay.
On arrival, we ask for a deposit check of 500 € and a check deposit of 40 € unless you take the cleaning option.
The arrival in the cottage, for the week ends is from 17h and for the week, from 18h. Depending on our availability, the arrival can be done sooner or later depending on your needs, to see directly with us in private message.

The location of the Gite was a little difficult and lonely. The only possibility for activities was visiting castles. In the surrounding hardly no cities. You could do a boat trip by canoe on the river Loire but that is more or less everything. The nearest village/shop is half an hour walking. No specific possibilities for hiking.

semaine dans ce gîte très bien situé pour les visites, très propre et confortable.
Propriétaire très sympathique et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

vraiment impeccable .Seul probléme sa proximité avec la ferme qui a été sympathique au début mais ou il s'est passé un probléme pendant notre séjour et qui a poussé les bêtes ( vache et veaux )a meugler jour et nuit !!et ceci pendant 4 jours(nous comprenons trés bien que c'était indépendant de la volonté des propriétaires ) Heureusement les vitrages trés bien isolés et la climatisation permettait de passer de bonnes nuits

Gîte très propre, bien organisé, bien équipé.
Aurélie est très accueillante et donne des infos pour le séjour.
Gîte bien situé pour visiter les châteaux et faire de belles balades.
Gîte situé au calme.
