Location was perfect and the stall were very friendly and helpful
Shower cubicle is very small and shower head was loose. A couple of marks on the duvet cover

The gentleman in reception was very friendly and professional. The room was lovely with a nice view overlooking the park.
The only slightly irksome thing was there was only one tea sachet provided , other than that very minor oversight our stay was very nice.
More tea , coffee milk.

This is one place we will go back to! My mom and I had a wonderful time there interacting with the helpful staff and taking wonderful walks aroung the lake area and Keswick village. A true heavenly experience that I would recommend to anyone who "needs to get away!"
